Refund & Cancellation Policy

THB Embroidery Studio is a digital subscription. This page explains how cancellation works, when refunds are available, and how the EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal applies to digital services.

1. Free trial

New accounts get a 3-day free trial with full access. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not start a paid subscription before the trial ends, your access to paid features stops automatically.

2. Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel at any time from your billing page.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
• You keep full access to the Service until that period ends.
• We do not automatically refund the unused portion of the current period.

3. Refunds

Because subscriptions are billed in advance for a digital service, charges are generally non-refundable. We will, however, consider refunds in the following situations:

• You were charged after cancelling.
• You were charged twice for the same period due to a billing error.
• The Service was materially unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle.

To request a refund, email our contact form within 14 days of the charge with your account email and a short description of the issue.

4. EU/UK right of withdrawal (digital content)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services after subscribing.

By starting your subscription and getting immediate access to the digital service, you expressly request that performance begins during the 14-day withdrawal period and you acknowledge that:

• If the service has been fully performed during that period (for example, you have used it), you lose the right to withdraw for the part already supplied;
• If you withdraw before the service has been fully performed, you may be charged on a pro-rata basis for the portion already supplied up to the moment you notify us.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to our contact form within 14 days of the start of your subscription, including your account email and the date you subscribed. We will confirm receipt and process any refund due using the same payment method you used.

5. Account deletion

Deleting your account also cancels your subscription. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your saved projects and uploaded artwork after deletion.
